It begins to be seen how children can already handle a larger vocabulary thanks to the POWORDS, they appropriate them and remind each other of them.

So I told them that we would have a break to relax and we did the deep breathing technique. I put relaxing music on them and after relaxing we resumed the activity.

They enthusiastically recalled their superhero code and engaged in a conversation about how superheroes connect with their powers. Afterward, they found comfortable spots to listen to the "Affirmations of Strength and Confidence" audio. Each boy reflected on their favorite affirmations silently.

At the moment of listening to the audio, they paid attention. They each took an empowering phrase and repeated it to themselves. At first, I had difficulty with Isabella's attitude, because she is not having a good time at home and showed negativity. Despite that, when I made her see how valuable she is, and the superpowers she possesses and can continue to develop, she showed a better attitude.

We have observed many positive changes in the children, especially in the way they express themselves about themselves. We feel very fortunate to have had this valuable tool and sincerely hope to be able to continue in this direction with our children.
